Stride Stone Management LLC dba Contractors Network and Training Center Last Updated: May 24, 2026
1. SMS Program Description
CNTC operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of communicating with customers, prospective customers, students, and service recipients. Messages sent under this program may include:
- Course communications — class reminders, schedule confirmations, registration follow-ups, exam date notifications, and pre-class instructions for Roofing, Public Adjuster, Masonry, Xactimate®, and Advanced PA courses.
- Service updates — status updates relating to White Glove Public Adjuster Licensing, Lien Advisory Services, Claim Services, and Appraisal Services.
- Account and transactional messages — invoice notifications, payment confirmations, document signing requests, appointment confirmations, and customer support replies.
- Promotional messages — upcoming course offerings, new services, and limited-time enrollment opportunities, sent only to recipients who have separately opted in to promotional communications.
2. Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your mobile phone number to CNTC through any of the following channels, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided:
- Online forms on chicagoroofingschool.com, including but not limited to the Contact Us form, the Roofing Exam registration form, and the Public Adjuster Classes form.
- In-person registration at our Rosemont, Illinois office.
- Telephone conversations with CNTC staff.
- Written or electronic correspondence in which you have provided your mobile phone number for the purpose of communication.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, course enrollment, service engagement, or any product offered by CNTC. You may choose to receive communications exclusively by email, postal mail, or telephone if you prefer.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with CNTC services. Typical volume ranges from occasional (1–4 messages per month) for general subscribers, to active (multiple messages per week) for recipients with ongoing service engagements such as active White Glove Licensing applications, scheduled courses, or pending claim referrals.
We do not send unsolicited or random messages. Every SMS sent under this program relates to a service you have engaged with or an inquiry you have made.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages you send or receive in connection with our SMS program. CNTC is not responsible for any such charges. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from CNTC at any time and at no cost by replying with the keyword STOP to any text message we send you.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent to that mobile number unless you re-subscribe.
You may also opt out by:
- Emailing operations@contractorsnetworkandtraining.com with “SMS Opt-Out” in the subject line and the mobile number to be removed in the body.
- Calling us during business hours at (773) 635-0099 and requesting removal from SMS communications.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any prior message thread or contact us directly.
6. How to Get Help
Reply with the keyword HELP to any text message we send to receive support information, including these SMS Terms and contact details for CNTC.
You may also reach our support team by calling (773) 635-0099 during business hours or by emailing operations@contractorsnetworkandtraining.com.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions outside of CNTC’s control.
