Large Loss & Commercial Claims

A Major Loss Demands
a Serious Advocate.

When a fire, storm, or water event hits a business, condo association, or large facility, the dollars and the stakes are high. The carrier brings a team of adjusters, engineers, and attorneys. You should have an equally seasoned team on your side. We’re licensed Public Adjusters who represent the policyholder, never the insurer, on complex, high-value claims.

A Track Record at Scale

Results That Match the Stakes.

$3.2M
Award for a school. A major institutional loss where the full scope ran far beyond the carrier’s first estimate.
$2M
Award for a property restoration. Complete rebuild scope documented and recovered in full.
$800K
Award for a fitness center. Structural and contents damage that threatened months of lost operation.
$450K+
Award for an office building. Commercial property loss settled well above the initial offer.

Representative awards our team has secured on large and complex losses. As veteran public adjusters, we know how carriers value, and undervalue, major commercial claims.

The Stakes Are Higher

A Large Loss Is Not a Bigger Version of a Small One.

Commercial and multi-unit claims involve complex policies, business interruption, code-upgrade requirements, and competing experts. The carrier assigns its most experienced adjusters and outside engineers to losses of this size, precisely because there’s so much money at stake.

Handled without representation, the gap between the first offer and the full, properly documented claim can run into hundreds of thousands of dollars. That gap is exactly what we exist to close.

Losses We Handle

Complex Losses, Handled End to End.

Storm, Hail & Wind
Roof systems, facades, and exterior damage across large structures and entire associations.
Fire & Smoke
Structural damage, smoke and soot remediation, contents, and the business interruption that follows.
Water & Flood
Burst pipes, roof and envelope failures, and large-scale water intrusion across multiple units or floors.
Business Interruption
Lost income and extra expense while you’re shut down, one of the most overlooked, and disputed, parts of a commercial claim.
Multi-Unit & HOA
Condo and apartment associations where damage spans common areas, multiple owners, and shared policies.
Denied & Underpaid Claims
Already received a denial or a lowball offer on a large loss? We review, reopen, and re-fight where there’s a path.
What We Bring

The Other Side Has a Team. So Should You.

We level the playing field on losses where the carrier is most motivated to minimize what they pay.

A Large Loss Is a Chess Match.
The carrier plays this game every day, thinking several moves ahead about scope, valuation, and what they can dispute. Without a partner who knows how to play, you’re reacting while they’re strategizing. We bring the experience to anticipate their moves and protect your position from the very first one.
Full Damage Documentation
We build the complete, evidence-backed scope, structure, systems, code upgrades, contents, so nothing is left off the claim.
Policy & Coverage Analysis
We read the policy the way the carrier does, and find the coverage they’re hoping you won’t claim.
Expert Estimating
We prepare detailed, defensible estimates in the same software and standards the insurance industry uses.
Negotiation & Appraisal
We negotiate directly with the carrier, and when needed, we know the appraisal process and how to use it.
How an Engagement Works

A Clear, Professional Process.

From first call to final settlement, you always know where the claim stands.

1
Confidential Consultation
We review the loss, the policy, and where the claim stands today, at no cost and in confidence.
2
Inspection & Documentation
We assess the full extent of the damage and build the evidence-backed scope the carrier can’t dismiss.
3
Claim Preparation & Filing
We prepare the detailed estimate and present the claim, properly valued, to the carrier.
4
Negotiation to Settlement
We negotiate, and use appraisal where needed, until the claim is resolved at its proper value.
Aligned With Your Outcome

No Recovery Mindset. Just Results.

The consultation is free and confidential. When we take on a claim, our fee is a percentage of the settlement we secure, so our incentives are fully aligned with maximizing your recovery. We’ll walk your board, owners, or stakeholders through the terms before anything is signed.

Common Questions

For Owners, Boards & Managers.

When should we bring you in on a large loss?

As early as possible, ideally before you give the carrier a recorded statement or accept any estimate. The scope and valuation set in the first weeks shape the entire claim. That said, if you’ve already started, or even been denied, it’s often not too late for us to step in and improve the outcome.

We’re an HOA / condo board. How does this work with our owners?

We work directly with the board or property manager and handle the complexity of shared policies, common areas, and multiple affected units. We’re happy to present at a board meeting and walk your members through the process and the engagement terms so everyone is comfortable before moving forward.

What does it cost?

The consultation is free. If you engage us, we work on a contingency basis, our fee is a percentage of the settlement we recover. There’s no upfront cost, and because we’re paid from the recovery, we’re motivated to maximize the claim. We’ll provide clear written terms before any agreement.

Will involving a public adjuster slow down the claim?

Usually the opposite. A complete, well-documented claim submitted by professionals tends to move more efficiently than a back-and-forth between an owner and the carrier’s adjusters. We keep the process organized and the carrier accountable to timelines.

What about business interruption losses?

Business interruption, lost income and extra expense while you’re unable to operate, is one of the most valuable and most disputed parts of a commercial claim. We document it properly so it isn’t left on the table, which is where carriers often hope it stays.
