Why Send Us Your Claims

Work Smarter, Not Harder.

Three reasons every contractor should be sending us claims, whether you do one a year or one a week.

Bigger Job, Better Margin
When we grow the claim, you get more scope, more material, more labor, without finding new work. Same day on the calendar, more revenue on the invoice.
You’re the Hero
You brought a real expert to the homeowner who recovered money they didn’t know they were owed. That’s the kind of contractor people refer their friends to.
Zero Cost to Try
Free review. No retainer. No invoice. The insurance company pays our commission out of the additional money we recover.
How We Get Paid

We Win, You Build. We Lose, You Owe Nothing.

Our commission is a percentage of the additional money we recover. The insurance company pays us out of those extra funds, not you, not the homeowner.

That’s why we only take on claims we genuinely believe we can fight for. Our incentives are 100% aligned with yours: the more we grow your claim, the better we both do.

Where Our Fee Comes From
Original Payout
What the insurer first offered → goes to the homeowner
The Growth
Additional money we recover → our fee + your bigger job

The bigger the claim grows, the bigger your job becomes.

Common Questions

What Contractors Ask Us.

Will this slow down my job?

No. The supplement runs in parallel with the work. You bid, schedule, and execute the job as you normally would. When we grow the claim, that’s additional scope, often handled as a change order, not a delay to the original job.

Will the homeowner be confused?

We make it simple. We meet directly with the property owner, explain the process, and handle the paperwork. From their perspective, you brought in a professional who got them more of what they were owed. That’s a good look for you, and the kind of thing that gets you more work.

What if the insurance company pushes back on me?

They won’t, because they’re negotiating with us, not you. Think of us as your outsourced claims department, fighting the insurer on every job, at no direct cost to you. We’re the licensed claims professionals on the file. You stay focused on building.

What if you can’t grow the claim?

Then you owe us nothing. We only take cases we believe we can fight for, which is why the free review matters, we tell you straight up whether it’s worth pursuing before anyone commits.

Do I have to send you every claim?

You don’t have to, but if there’s insurance involved on a job, send it our way. Insurers have a built-in incentive to pay out less than they should, and we can tell pretty quickly whether they’re writing the scope fairly or shorting you. The review is free, so there’s nothing to lose by having a second set of eyes on it.

I’m already a licensed PA. Is this for me?

Yes. A license lets you represent claims; it doesn’t guarantee you’ll win the complex ones. Part of being a Public Adjuster is making sure you’re genuinely competent on the work you take on. In Illinois, a PA can face license denial, suspension, or revocation for “demonstrating incompetence, untrustworthiness, or financial irresponsibility in the conduct of business.” Bringing in seasoned PAs on a tough file, or sharpening your own skills, isn’t a weakness; it protects your license and your clients. Partner with us on the hard ones, or go deeper with our Advanced PA class and run them yourself.
