Payment and Refunds
1. Deposit. A deposit is required to reserve your seat in the class. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the first day of class.
2. Refund Policy. All payments, including deposits, are refundable within 72 hours of the time of payment. After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable. If a student’s plans change after the 72-hour window, the deposit may be applied toward a future class.
3. Balance Collection. CNTC reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the remaining balance on the due date. If a customer prefers to use a different payment method, they must notify CNTC before the balance is charged 14 days before class.
Cancellation by CNTC
4. Company Cancellation. CNTC may cancel a class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time due to circumstances outside the company’s control. In the event of cancellation, students may either reschedule for an upcoming session or receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
Class Retake Policy
5. Retake Eligibility. Students who fully participate in the program but do not pass the relevant licensing or certification exam may retake the class at no additional cost within one year of their initial class, provided they submit written proof (such as a results letter) of not passing.
Exam and Licensing
6. No Guarantee of Passing. CNTC does not guarantee that students will pass the Illinois State Exam, City of Chicago Exam, or any other licensing or certification exam related to its course content.
7. Exam Registration. Registering for any licensing or certification exam is the student’s sole responsibility. CNTC is not responsible for exam scheduling or registration.
Photo and Media Release
8. Photo Release. Photographs and video may be taken during class sessions. By enrolling, you grant CNTC permission to use your likeness in marketing, promotional, and educational materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the instructor before class begins.
Classroom Conduct
9. Personal Devices. During class, students may not use cell phones, take photographs, or record audio or video.
10. Course Materials. All class materials are the property of CNTC. Students may use these materials for their own educational purposes only and may not reproduce, share, or distribute them.
Acknowledgment. By submitting payment, you confirm that these terms have been disclosed to you and that you agree to be bound by them.
